Virtuous Prime 9.4.2.21 v1 released

I just pushed Virtuous Prime 9.4.2.21 v1 to our servers. This release bumps the version up to 9.4.2.21 - so it contains all changes from the latest OTA (released today)
I also switched back to a WW base (previously US) because US does not support Wifi channel 14.
